  Can never get an appointment when needed. I have been told I would get a phone call appointment at 11:20 today and still haven't rang me I have rang them twice and no answer from them either, I went in in this morning whilst trying to get them on the phone and after being told yesterday that if I rang up at 8:30 I could get an emergency appointment, I couldn't get thorough to them at all and within 10 minutes all appointments had gone to which I got a reply we can get a doctor to call you have me a message confirmation that the time would be 11:20 and no call and it's 11:52. I am very unhappy with this and I can't say I have been happy at any point trying to get an appointment at Woodbridge practice ingleby barwick.

  Phoned for an appointment - Earliest is 3 weeks with only a couple of appointments. Asked if I could have an appointment for 22 days time, was told that I need to phone back tomorrow after 8:30. What a complete waste of my taxes!!!

  Made over 20 phone calls befor I got through, asked to see a doctor , told their was no appointments but the doctor would ring me , I explained that I had a hospital appointment that would take about two hrs , , they said the doctor would be informed of this, I had one missed call from private number no voice mail , , haven't heard back 3 days later. im disgusted.
